Scottsdale is a thriving Southwestern city with luxurious
amenities of the new west and all the charm of the Old West. It is one of
the Southwest's most sophisticated cities. Paradise
Valley, known primarily as an upscale
residential community and distinct "village", is nestled between Phoenix and
Scottsdale. The name was coined by the abundance of wildflowers and

restaurants, and shops.
This is the region's most fashionable and upscale market area and
includes numerous master-planned communities, many with golf courses and
other amenities. Much of the natural scenery is spectacular, with sharp
mountains and an abundance of desert growth. The lifestyle is relaxed and
comfortable, the cost of living reasonable and the entertainment and
